Who are the candidates?
Eligible candidates who have nominated for the election were announced (and the draw for positions on the ballot paper was conducted) at 12 noon on Tuesday, 24 February 2026.
Details of all candidates are now available, so you can make an informed choice in this year’s election.
See who the candidates are for the following regions:
Region 1: Kumangka Warrarna Wangkanthi (Central)
Region 3: Flinders and Upper North
Region 4: Murraylands, Riverland and South East
When will results be known?
Counts cannot commence until all votes have been returned from across the State (including postal votes).
This means that counts will begin from Monday 30 March 2026. These counts may take up to two weeks to complete.
Results will then be announced via the website.
